The present owners, Steve and Sharon Young, established Concord Construction, Inc., in 1994. Concord Construction provides professional construction services for clients throughout Washington, Oregon, and Montana in the areas of commercial, industrial, agricultural building and heavy concrete construction.

Through an experienced team of estimators, project managers and engineers, Concord Construction is capable of guiding their clients from concept through construction. Concord can bid documents prepared by other professionals or can provide turnkey building services.

Concord has wide experience in nearly every construction method to include structural steel framing, concrete tilt-up, wood or metal-framed buildings, and masonry. Concord Construction is also a Northwest distributor and erector of pre-engineered metal buildings.

Concord closely manages all phases of construction from planning, engineering, and permitting to site work, basic construction, and finishes. A well-established network of suppliers and subcontractors helps each project to proceed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
