This project consisted of a Classroom Building, Orchestra Addition, Team room Building, and a Greenhouse. There was also extensive sitework, and upgrades to an existing boiler and chiller system. The Classroom building and Orchestra Addition featured a structural steel and metal stud structure, with a brick and stucco veneer, along with storefront windows and glass curtain walls. The Team room building featured load bearing CMU walls and wood roof structure.
