The basic building system was a pre-engineered metal building with 6’ high wainscot tilt-up sandwich panels and 2 ½” pre-finished metal skin insulation wall panels above. The roof system is a galvanized standing seam metal roof with gutter and downspouts. Metal building insulation was needed in the roof only. The floors were 6” slab-on-grade. The project also included 4” and 8” trench drains, sloped floors, a box making mezzanine, and a restroom area.
Concord Construction coordinated all the preliminary and final design work. This project required extensive site analysis and construction to comply with then recently implemented storm water regulations, which we were able to guide the construction process through.
