Allan Bros. Cherry Packing Plant

The basic building system was a pre-engineered metal building with 6’ high wainscot tilt-up panels and pre-finished metal siding above. The roof system is a galvanized standing seam metal roof with gutter and downspouts. Metal building insulation was used in both the walls and roof. The floors were 6” slab-on-grade. The project also included 4” and 8” trench drains, sloped floors, process waste tanks and pumps, a box making mezzanine, and a restroom area with a new septic tank system and pumps.

Concord Construction, Inc. performed all the preliminary study and planning services, including budget costs, layouts, environmental studies and permit requirements. Concord also produced the architectural documents and coordinated the basic structural engineering work that was required. We worked closely with Yakima County to obtain phased permitting to allow construction to begin sooner.
