The basic building system was a pre-engineered metal building with 2 ½” pre-finished insulated wall panels and 3” insulated roof panels. The floors were 6” slab-on-grade. The project included 8 dock positions with provisions to add 4 more in the future.

Concord Construction, Inc. performed all the preliminary study and planning services, including budget costs, layouts, environmental studies and permit requirements. Concord also produced the architectural documents and coordinated the basic structural engineering work that was required. We worked closely with Yakima County to obtain phased permitting to allow construction to begin sooner.
