There are presently 11 medical providers located within the facility. The suites vary in sizes from 2,000 SF to 5,000 SF. These medical providers consist of Coastal Family Medicine, Sleep Clinic, Oncology, MRI/CT Imagining, Cardiology, two Family Practice suites, Urgent Care, Podiatry, LabCorp and North Coast Medical Supply. Most all of these suites include exam rooms, procedure rooms and business offices. Consideration was given for the protection of the surrounding environment in terms of noise control, shielding requirements for MRI/CT and ease of accessibility. Interior finishes consist of VCT flooring, carpet, sheet vinyl with coved base for the restrooms, vinyl wall coverings, gypsum wall board on metal studs with sound batts, wood chair rails and granite entry tiles.
