This building was commissioned by the Cle Elum Supplementation and Research Facility, for storage of boats and other equipment related to their hatchery facility.

The building is a pre-engineered metal building on a concrete pad footing design. The floor is concrete slab on grade with a thickened edge down to frost depth. The building is insulated with a standard metal building insulation system.
