The project was a complete renovation of, and partial addition to, an existing farmhouse, to serve as a consolidated main office for farm corporation headquarters. Among the many high-end finishes were slate tile flooring, quartz countertops, and cherry doors and trim work inside, and a cultured stone wainscot veneer and “timberstrand” decking and railing on the exterior.
We produced all the design and permit documents, and coordinated all ADA requirements, a new septic system approval, and approval of an existing well for commercial use.
