This project consisted of a wood framed office building on a concrete foundation with a slab-on-grade. We began the project by clearing the site, and assisting with setting of the finish floor elevation. The exterior finishes consisted of Hardi-plank siding, vinyl windows, aluminum storefront entrance, and asphalt shingle roofing. Interior finishes included carpeting, sheet vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, and custom casework and window sills.
In addition to the building itself, we performed site utility tie-ins including natural gas, sewer, water, telephone, and a whole new electrical service.
