Construction of this building was done as a subcontractor to Kiewit Pacific Co. We submitted a proposal to them to perform the entire scope of work associated with this building, while they were the general contractor on the overall project of making safety modification to the entire dam. They welcomed the proposal as we had performed many successful projects for the Bureau of Reclamation, and were well suited to perform all the required submittals.
The construction was tilt-up concrete wall panels, with slab on grade and wood trusses with sheathing and standing seam metal roof panels.
