Klickitat Co. PUD- IT Room Remodel

This project consisted of constructing a new IT room and offices in a portion of the existing Klickitat Co. PUD Office (1,100 square feet).

Demolition included removing concrete masonry units, concrete slab-on-grades, overhead doors and minor mechanical and electrical components.

The new building construction included reinforced concrete foundations, concrete slabs-on-grades, metal stud walls, exterior siding, interior gypsum wallboard, paint, carpeting and acoustical ceilings.

New mechanical and electrical systems were installed, including a clean agent fire extinguishing system.

Exterior work included constructing new concrete stairs and a concrete ADA ramp, both of which included pipe handrails.
