Terrace Heights Elementary Classroom Addition

We contracted to add six classrooms, a computer lab, counseling office and corresponding restrooms to Terrace Heights Elementary. The construction was slab-on-grade, wood framed with TJI wood web joists, and brick veneer. Subcontractors under our coordination included earthwork, landscaping, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. We self-performed all foundations, framing, setting of frames and installation of all hardware and miscellaneous accessories.
