The special detailing in this project included a wood floor joist system with crawl space, intricate intersections of vaulted ceilings utilizing glu-lam beams and wood trusses, a brick exterior, special lighting features, and extensive wood detailing.
Other design elements included pre-finished metal soffit panels, pre-finished hardwood casework, entry mat carpets, some acoustical ceilings, sound insulated walls and exposed glu-lams used for the roof and ceiling systems.
