The project included new construction of multiple classrooms, an administration area, a library and media center and support functions. The building was a private academy that was purchased by the school district, and made into an additional elementary school. The construction was slab-on-grade, wood framed with TJI wood web joists, and brick and stucco veneer. The project was performed under tight schedule requirements, which required extended days and longer weeks. The project was completed on time for use by the school district.
