Wrap Around Canopy

The structure is reinforced, fully grouted split face CMU exterior walls, with interior steel columns, glu-lam beams and engineered wood joists. The layout included multiple offices, a control room, a conference room, reception, breakroom, library and a 2,700 sf maintenance shop.

The design also included a 1,290 sf wrap-around concrete patio with canopy cover. The canopy columns were structural steel with a CMU surround.
