YVCC- Brown Dental Renovation

The project was a complete renovation of, and addition to, the existing Westin D. Brown dental building, on the YVCC Campus. The building serves as a teaching facility, housing (24) dental stations, (4) x-ray rooms, and all related accessory areas. The building has a full height basement where the electrical room, communications’ room and all water, oxygen, nitrous oxide, air and medical gas piping is located.
The construction was slab-on-grade and formed slab over the basement, with a combination of steel and metal stud framing for the structure. The construction included aluminum storefront windows, and both a brick and metal wall panel façade. The project also included all new mechanical and electrical systems, and all new site concrete and landscaping.
